Interview with Kirtana Chandrasekaran, Food campaigner of Friends of the Earth England, Wales and Northern Ireland (EWNI). The European Social Forum (ESF) held in Malmö, Sweden, came to an end on Sunday with a Social Movements' Assembly, after a massive demonstration on Saturday, with a turnout of over 15,000 people. Real World Radio interviewed Kirtana Chandrasekaran, campaigner of the Food Program of Friends of the Earth England, Wales and Northern Ireland (EWNI). She talked about the main outcomes of the meeting of the Food Assembly that comprises Friends of the Earth International, Via Campesina, Attac and the World March of Women, and which took place on Friday during the ESF. She also shared with us her impression of this edition of the forum.
