The UN Climate Talks on Reducing Emissions from Deforestation in Developing Countries (REDD) are taking place in Accra, Ghana from August 21st through 27th. Real World Radio interviewed Joe Zacune, Friends of the Earth’s International Co-Coordinator of the Energy and Climate Change Program. He is part of a FoEI delegation that is participating in the UN climate talks to ensure that forests are not included in carbon markets.
